Hacking/Pub Rides
This picture is taken on a beautiful hack through Slade Estate under one of the Brunel bridges still used today. Ride through the wooded area of the track, then out into a beautiful open grazing area where you ride adjacent to the river. This route is ideal for walkers also if you wish to take a stroll.
Fitzworthy is located in the beautiful countryside, with Dartmoor and local woodlands in close proximity. If you want to experience some breathtaking views, what better way than on horseback. We can cater for small or large groups, beginners to advanced. Riders ability will be assessed by our escorts then ridden out to the least capable riders' ability for our riders' safety. Pub rides are also available for the more ambitious riders. All hacks are escorted by qualified staff.
