Adam has worked in the industry since he left school. As well as competing in Show Jumping and Eventing, Adam has taken horses in for breaking and re-schooling from a young age and has always had a very good reputation for the educating and training of horses. He was master and huntsman of the North Cornwall Fox Hounds for three seasons, and still hunts and produces hunters as well as show jumpers.

In additon to the homebred youngstock and sales. We currently have ten or so competition horses in training. Enjoying countless wins on the national circuit this year, the highly talented horse, ‘Ubank’, has been flying the WCSH flag in great style at Grand Prix level, enjoying notable successes at Royal and County shows during 2017. However, thanks to the recent acquisition of, ‘Fairway’, an outstanding 7 year old Dutch bred warmblood mare of huge potential, the 2018 season looks set to be one of the most exciting years yet for WCSH. One which it is anticipated, will not only allow the Ellery name to make an even greater impact at top national level, but also help Adam onto the international circuit. With a string of quality young competition horses continually being progressed up through the ranks, WCSH has a very exciting future ahead.
